About the Role:

This role is responsible for elevating the visual quality, consistency, and professionalism of HR Crowd’s client-facing and internal collateral. Working closely with our bid, marketing, and leadership teams, you will create high-impact layouts and graphics aligned to HR Crowd’s brand and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format business documents including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, PowerPoint decks, capability statements, thought leadership and one-pagers
• Create project collateral, visual frameworks, diagrams, and infographics
• Maintain and enhance HR Crowd’s visual identity across all materials
• Edit, refine, and apply branding to Word and PowerPoint templates
• Support content flow, readability, and structure for executive communications
• Ensure document quality, accuracy, and version control
• Support marketing content and social media creatives as required
• Stay current with modern design trends and professional services branding

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in graphic/corporate design (professional services preferred)
• Background working for Professional Services organisations, ideally Tier One consulting organisations.
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Figma or similar platform experience beneficial
• Exceptional attention to detail and design consistency
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
